Is this the end of H&M Southport?
The H&M on Chapel Street, Southport has ‘temporarily shut’ due to urgent refurbishment works needed to the building.
The store was completely emptied of all stock and till/security systems removed
A notice in the window is directing customers to shop online.
OTSNews.co.uk approached the company for an official statement and a spokesperson said: “The H&M Southport store will be temporarily closed from Friday 20th May while we undertake some important building work. The safety of our employees and customers is our priority and will reopen the store as soon as possible. You can shop online at www.hm.com or visit the website to find your nearest available store”.
