Many thanks to Mike Bromley, who took these great pictures of a young Grey Seal (at least I think it is a Grey, although it looks slender, the nostrils don’t appear to be the right shape for Common, but I’m happy to be corrected) which hauled out of the surf at the southern end of #Ainsdale beach recently.
