Housing Licensing in Sefton Consultation.

Further to recent meetings held as part of the consultation on the proposals to introduce Selective and Additional Licensing in parts of Sefton, further FAQs to include responses to some questions raised at these meetings are now available on the sefton.gov.uk website.

A number of additional events, as part of the consultation process, have also been arranged as follows: (note the contact information with regards to booking on the different sessions)

Selective and Additional Licensing Drop-In

Council officers will be available to answer individual queries with regards to the above proposed licensing schemes on:

Monday June 19

At Magdalen House (Conference Room 5) –  30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ

20 min time-slots available between 9.30 am and 5 pm

Tuesday June 20

At Southport Town Hall – Lord Street, Southport, PR8 1DA

20 min time-slots available between 9.30 am and 2 pm

If you would like to book a slot on one of the drop in sessions above email landlord.licensing@sefton.gov.uk (note: slots will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis). Please indicate am or pm preferred.

Consultation Meetings

In addition to the Council drop-in session above, MEL Research the independent consultants undertaking the consultation on behalf of the Council are also hosting 2 additional meetings as follows:

Venue: Canada Room at the Linacre Mission (Linacre Road, Litherland, Liverpool, L21 8NS).

Wednesday June 21, 2017 – 7pm-8.30pm

Thursday June 22, 2017 – 7pm-8.30pm
