Hart street hit and run driver hunted

Insurance firms are eager to find the driver of a gold VW Golf or Polo after a hit and run

A white van was rear ended on Hart Street bridge in front of Sparkles Boutique and witnesses say a male driver who was wearing a heavy white bandage on his right hand, sped off after the collision without exchanging details.

The crash happened shortly after 11am and if anyone sees a gold VW golf or polo with significant front bumper damage they are asked to get in touch with Sheryl Flint of Sparkles Boutique
