All hands on deck at Central 12 Shopping Park

On Saturday 3rd August, families of Southport jumped on board a 12ft pirate ship to listen to tales of the high seas told by a swashbuckling pirate.

Captain Greybeard set his anchor in Central 12 Shopping Park and encouraged visitors to step aboard his giant vessel and transform into a mini Captain Greybeard and listen to his fascinating tales of the seven seas.

Children of Southport voyaged on the exciting adventure as the fantastic pirate ship came complete with moving wheels, realistic rigging and an enticing treasure chest for kids to enjoy. Plus, shoppers also had the opportunity to snap a swashbuckling photo or two on the ship.
