Update: Wednesday 17 August UPDATE: Notice Served at Southport Traveller Site Sefton Council has again served notice on the on the former Birkdale Deaf School. UPDATE Saturday 13 August 2016 The land owner has again made another attempt at blocking the travellers into the former Birkdale Deaf School.
