Gypsies set up camp in Kings Gardens, Southport

Gypsies have set up camp in Kings Gardens this morning, Monday 21 May 2018.

Barbecues and bottles have been strewn across the entrance to the gardens near to the former pumping station in Southport.

Police have been informed but have yet to move the gypsy camp from their current location.

A dog walker passing by commented:

“it’s disgraceful that they’re allowed to get where they do and I bet they’ll be there for days now just making a mess and putting people off being there in the park.”
