Good samaritans launch festive appeal to help fire ravaged family

An emotional appeal has been launched to help a family who have been devestated by a fire just weeks before Christmas.

Three young girls have been left without clothes following the blaze at a house on Fylde Road last night.

An appeal has been launched to help the three youngsters, aged 9, 6 and 4 along with their parents following the blaze.

Any donations can be dropped to kids planet nursery on manchester road between 8am-6pm mon-fri. They have nothing so girls clothes aged 5-10. Christmas presents. Toys. Books. Toiletries ect.

Money donations can also be dropped off there.

Clothes in particular are being requested.

Fire crews are currently carrying out an investigation into the cause of the blaze.
