£5k reward after Gardeners van swiped from Ainsdale street

A tradesmans van and wood chopper have been stolen from Ainsdale this afternoon.

The White tipper style van and chopper, which belongs to a tree removal and gardening firm, was hot wired and stolen from Ann Avenue in Ainsdale just after 5.30pm this evening.

A £5,000 reward has been offered to anyone who can return the van and chopper.

The van was stolen by unidentified thieves and police are appealing for  any witnesses with information about the whereabouts of the van to get in touch immediately by calling 101.
