Police are issuing a fresh appeal for help locating a man who has been missing from home for more than two weeks.
Shaun Horan (pictured), 48, was last seen at Mariner’s Way in Preston on Monday, February 3rd and we are extremely concerned for his welfare.
Shaun’s car, a blue Toyota Auris, was located close to Preston docks shortly after his disappearance. However, a thorough search has been carried out around the docks – including an underwater search – but Shaun has not yet been located, nor have officers found anything to suggest he may have remained in that area.
We are now widening our search and are asking anybody who has seen him or knows where he may be to get in touch with us straight away.
Shaun is described as white, five ft 8ins, slim to medium build, with dark hair. He usually wears a dark jacket and jeans.
He also has links to the Chorley area.
Inspector Nick Collier, of Preston Police, said: “We are extremely worried about Shaun and are urging anybody who has information about his whereabouts to contact us immediately. If you know where he may be, or think you may have seen him, please let us know.
“Similarly we would also urge Shaun himself to contact us if he sees this appeal.”
Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting log 0212 of February 3rd. For any immediate sightings dial 999.
