FREE heart screening at Goodison Park, Everton FC – Saturday 12th November 2016

Did you know that a minimum of 12 apparently healthy young people collapse and die EVERY WEEK in the UK from an undiagnosed heart condition?

On Saturday 12th November 2016 the Vital Signs Foundation (VSF) are delivering a FREE Heart Screening program for100 young people aged 15-35 at Goodison Park, home of Everton FC in partnership with Everton in the Community.
