Fly tippers caught on camera in Boxing Day dumping

two men have been caught on camera at Southport tip dumping rubbish outside it on Boxing Day.

They were caught on film and when challenged became angry with the photographer after he informed them they were committing a crime.

The man, who did not want to be named, said “When asked why I took photos I informed them they were breaking the law. I was told ‘everyone else is doing it’.”

“When I asked who do you think is going to clean up your mess the response was ‘ I dnno’. This is Disgusting lazy behaviour.

“Getting rid of our rubbish at This time of year is an inconvenience for us all. It is unacceptable to dump it at the side of the road.”
