Flood in Ainsdale

What appears to be a broken water main caused some flooding in Sandbrook Way this evening.

Residents called United Utilities after noticing the steady stream of water gushing out of raised flagstones at Sandbrook Way flats.

United Utilities have promised to attend asap.

A water leak also happened at the flats in December 2013, as illustrated in the photo below.
