Fletchers Solicitors looks for more growth as it reaches 400 staff milestone

Medical negligence and serious injury law firm, Fletchers Solicitors, has appointed its 400th member of staff, as it continues with ambitious plans to become a top 100 law firm by 2018.

Fletchers Solicitors, which has offices in Manchester and Southport, has witnessed dramatic growth over the past five years, having increased headcount by 345%. In 2012 the firm had 90 employees and in August 2017 headcount now stands at 400.

Since opening a new office in Manchester city centre at the start of the year, Fletchers Solicitors has invested in 29 new members of staff to support its continued growth. Key hires include Tim Scott who was appointed as people director to further develop the firm’s already award-winning employment practices.

This year Fletchers was named as a Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work for in 2017, for the second year running, and named by Great Place to Work as one of the Best Workplaces in the UK.
