Firefighters called to tumble dryer fire on Roe Lane
Firefighters were called to a fire involving a tumble dryer in the garage of a property on Roe Lane in Southport at 2.59pm on Sunday, October 1.
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service was called at 2.51pm and crews were alerted at 2.53pm. They were on scene at 2.59pm.
Two fire engines attended the incident and crews used a high pressure hose reel to extinguish the fire.
A tumble dryer, its contents and a garage sustained fire damage.
No-one was injured.
Firefighters remained at the scene for around 15 minutes.
