Filthy Italian restaurant exposed for shocking hygiene state

A filthy restauranteur from Southport has been banned from the kitchen after photos emerged of his filthy practices.

Salvatore Trecarichi who owns 512 Lord Street But was formally known by many as Salvatore’s has been banned from running a restaurant after being caught working in filthy conditions for the second time.

Stacie Richmond, prosecuting, said Trecarichi had been given repeated warnings – stretching back over almost six years – and continues to have a “clear disregard for health and safety regulations”.
