We’d really like to hear your views about your local leisure centre in Sefton.

By completing a short survey online, your thoughts and feedback will help to ensure that we improve the experience for  local residents.

Plus, you could be in with a chance to win one of twelve £25 Amazon vouchers as all completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw.
