Family searching for vulnerable adult missing from home.

The family of a vulnerable Southport woman are appealing for help to find her.

Kerry Haworth, described as being in her mid-forties with short crimped brunette hair, discharged herself from a mental health unit in Southport on Sunday.

Her worried relatives have now launched an emotional appeal to find Kerry and return her home safe.

Her family said “Kerry has serious mental health issues and other health problems.

“She’s in her 40s and could be anywhere but she lives in the Southport and Churchtown area.

“She discharged herself on sun from a mental health home & over the past 2 weeks been in a & e twice.

“Shes very very slim not even 6 stone.”

The family also asked Kerry to get in touch if she was able.
