Residents in a town centre apartment block say they want more to be done about piles of rubbish dumped at the back of where they live.
The piles of used boxes, pallets and rubbish is growing ‘by the day’ at the rear of flats on Eastbank Street.
The rubbish has been fly-tipped alongside properly disposed of waste on Queen Anne street.
CCTV has been installed and signage warns fly tippers will be prosecuted but these warnings have gone unheeded.
One resident said “it’s a blight on where we live and an eyesore. What are the council going to do about it?”
