The in car screen lit up like a Christmas tree upon checking this ex-Royal Mail van in Tarleton.

The driver failed to deliver any insurance, MOT or tax and it had rust holes the size of a letter box.

Needless to say a 165 seizure was in the bag. Summons in the post. #T1TacOps
