Police would like to speak to him following a suspected attempted abduction of a girl in Skelmersdale.
Around 7.30am on Wednesday, December 2, an 11-year-old girl was waiting for a bus on School Lane when she was approached by a man.
The male asked for her name and address and when she refused, he allegedly grabbed her arm and tried to pull her with him.
The girl pulled her arm free as the bus arrived and the man ran away.
Det Con Karen Harrison, of Lancashire Police, said: “We are treating this incident very seriously and are obviously keen to identify the male.
“If you recognise the man in the EvoFit or have any information about this incident at all, please get in contact with us.”
The male is described as tanned, aged between 30 to 40 with dark brown hair down to his ears which was swept over his head. He also had light brown stubble around his face but not around the top of his mouth.
He was wearing a dark coloured jacket, blue jeans and black trainers, as well as a silver ring on his left index finger.
