Duo walk the wall for charity challenge

work colleagues are swapping their pharmacy wear for hiking gear to trek along Hadrian’s Wall for charity.

Ste Dodd, 38, from Southport and his friend Simon Carpenter, a 49 year old dad-of-two from Skelmersdale, will be walking 87 miles from Wallsend on the east coast to Bowness-On-Solway from Friday, May 31 to Sunday, June 2.

The pair, from online pharmacy, Chemist 4 U, are taking only rucksacks and sleeping bags – no tents – and hope to raise at least £2,000 for Clatterbridge cancer charity for patients and research at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre on the Wirral.
