Duo caught after suspected duckling robbery

Avid twitchers are conducting a round the clock vigil after two men were seen acting suspiciously in Botanic Gardens.

Two men were seen acting suspiciously carrying a large net while walking close to a group of ducks and ducklings last night at the popular Southport Park.

Worried twitchers reported them to park rangers and they were asked to leave but anyone who sees any suspicious activity should call 0151 922 6107 immediately
