Drunk Santa’s helper wakes up Street with boozy Carol concert

A boozed up man dressed as an elf has been arrested and cautioned by police after disturbing the peace in an upmarket area of Southport this morning.

The male was found by officers knocking on doors of Grange Avenue at 7am and worried residents called police
