‘Disgusting’ bins are overflowing with dog poo in Formby

Furious residents in Formby are begging for park bins to be emptied after they were pictured overflowing with dog poo.

Piles of dog poo bags were stacked on top of an overflowing bin in Deansgate Park, Formby with the ‘disgusting’ smell reaching as far as a nearby nursing home.

The council have previously told people to use their common sense and find an empty bin to leave their dogs waste rather than adding to an already full bin.

”it’s disgusting” said one resident. “Does anybody actually empty these bins?”

”This bin on Deansgate Lane fields is stinking and causing a stink. It’s right by a nursing home in Cable Street too.”
