A disgraced ex Sunday league football manager has been ‘caught’ having sex in front of a young girl in a series of unfortunate events, a court has heard.
David Baker and his partner plead guilty to outraging public decency by having sex in view of the public.
Baker, of Catterick Fold, Southport, and his partner Carol McCann, of Caithness Drive Crosby, both pleaded guilty during a hearing at Sefton Magistrates.
The incident happened at around 2.30pm on April 12 this year.
Magistrates ordered Baker and McCann to do 100 hours unpaid work each.
They were both ordered to pay £85 in costs and a victim surcharge of £85.
