Dental team hailed after patient video goes viral
A dental spa in Southport has gone viral for its heartwarming and touching efforts to help a disabled patient before surgery.
Secrets Medi-Spa staff came to the aid of a deaf lady who was near her wits end after being frustrated trying to find a dental surgery who could be patient enough and help her understand the surgery.
Aided by Southport DJ Jon Jessop, Secrets were the only firm to be able to communicate with the patient and help calm her nerves and go through the treatment she needed with as much understanding as possible.
A video of the kind hearted gesture has now gone viral online.
