Death trap pavement left uncut as residents fear for lives

Overgrown bushes are causing a danger by forcing people to walk into a busy main road instead of going on the pavement.

Overhanging bushes on Town Lane near Kew have been blocking the pavement for months with local residents saying they are being ignored by the council who won’t do anything about it.

One resident said “everytime I walk here I have to go into the road it’s dangerous and someone will get killed eventually and it will all be the council’s fault for not doing anything”
