the unlit lorry was parked in a stretch of Folkestone Road near Tesco all night without reflective lights and parked away from street lighting.

One Good Samaritan said “I took a traffic cone from the road works around the corner and put it in front of them.”

“I Had a friend die because of a similar situation a few years ago.”

“This was Road resurfacing equipment parked at rear of Tesco. No reflective stripes, no warning signs and parked on double yellow lines on a blind bend.
An accident waiting to happen.”
