Be Secure

In the past few years there has been an increase in thefts of vehicles without the use of keys. Using a crook lock and keeping keys in a signal blocker pouch when at home or even in a metal tin with a lid on, can help to prevent this crime.

Keep Car Documents at Home

It is advisable not to leave the logbook or your car service records in the car. These documents make it easier for the car to be sold on if stolen, and you could become a victim of identity fraud.

Passports, Debit and Credit cards and other personal documents should also not be left in the vehicle.  These are all very desirable documents that the thief can either use or pass on to others for financial gain.

Most important. Lock your car before you leave the vehicle unattended, even if it parked in your garage and leave nothing on display.
