A Crime Alert message for the residents of Southport from Merseyside Police

Burglaries

Since the 15^th January burglaries have taken place in the following locations:

Derby Road, Lytham Road, Court Road, Sussex Road, Cambridge Road, Longacre and Preston New Road, Ryder Crescent.

In at least 3 of the incidents the properties had been left insecure i.e. unlocked external doors or windows, making it easy for a burglar to gain entry.
