The one man isolation tent set up has been stumbled across by people taking their daily exercise in the dunes around the north end of the Marine lake.
A man has been seen entering and leaving the tent for supplies after setting up camp late on Thursday evening.
Police and social workers have been informed to check on the Male to see if he needs support.
