Corbyn draws in huge crowds for beach rally
Divisive Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has drawn in thousands of labour supporters to Southport beach tonight as he gives an impassioned rally cry to try and turn the Town red.
The socialist was delayed getting to the beach but that did not dampen the spirits as a huge roar greeted him from a packed crowd, who were delighted that Corbyn had finally come to Southport.
The campaign to bring Jeremy Corbyn was first started between Sefton MP Bill Esterson and former Southport MP Hopeful Liz Savage as a way of boosting an ever increasing Labour vote in the town.
