Police and emergency services were forced to use a ladder and break down a door during a concern for safety incident earlier today (Thursday 21 February).
Officers were called to a side road near Virginia Street around 3pm after neighbours raised concerned for the safety of the occupant.
Police and paramedics rushed to the scene following the call and immediately established that they needed to smash down a front door to gain entry.
Neighbours also entered the property.
An investigation into the incident has now concluded.
