Claremont Road closed after person hit by van.

Claremont Road in Southport has been closed by police after a pedestrian was struck by a van at around 8:30pm this evening (Friday 9 June 2017).

Reports are coming in that a pedestrian has been struck by a Citroen Berlingo van near to the junction of Eastbourne road.

The condition of the injured person is unknown at the present time, OTS News will have an update shortly.
