Churchtown restaurant cleared to reopen after virus case

A Churchtown restaurant says it’s giving its staff a well earned break while the building is deep cleaned following a confirmed case of Coronavirus.

A diner who ate at the Grapevine Bar and Restaurant on September 20th us since tested positive for Covid-19 and management at the restaurant immediately closed down.

However after speaking to Health Chiefs the restaurant has been given the green light to reopen.

Nevertheless staff have been told to enjoy a brief unexpected holiday while a deep clean is carried out, with the Grapevine reopening on September 30th
