Southport Soup Kitchen, on London Road, was again a chosen charity by the Wayfarers Harmony Chorus.
David Andrew and John Andrews from the Wayfarers Harmony Chorus are shown presenting a donation of £650 to Tony Hagen and staff to help this very worthy cause.
The charity was selected by the Wayfarers Chorus to help support the important work they do in providing warm food to those in need in the local community, as well as distributing food parcels and running a food bank.
Meanwhile when you have been singing with the same chorus for 30 years, have just been awarded ‘Barbershopper of the Year’ by your club and are about to celebrate your 97th birthday, it is only fitting that you have a bit of a bash!
Jim Little, the oldest member of Wayfarers Chorus in Southport, celebrated his 97th birthday recently.
To mark the occasion and help Jim celebrate all his accomplishments, the Wayfarers Chorus came together.
