Chaos at Formby waste recycling centre
This afternoon drivers and staff faced pandemonium at Formby’s waste recycling centre, near Tesco’s superstore in Altcar Road.
Apparently aloss of power meant that household waste was quickly building up and could not be dealt with.
Piles of assorted waste mounted up with staff unable to deal with it.
