Yobs have been caught on film throwing live fireworks out of a car in a drive by attack on innocent bystanders in Southport.
The footage posted on Facebook shows a group of unidentified men throwing live fireworks and rockets at revellers and bystanders walking down Bold Street in Southport in the early hours of New Years Day.
The CCTV also shows the car parking up and one of the passengers entering an all night shop after the brazen attack.
The footage has now been shared widely online to try and identify the group.
