Merseyside police are appealing for anyone with information to find a grey Lexus, registration number FE08WZN.
The car was stolen at around 10pm from Manchester house nursing home, Albert Road, Thursday 5 March 2015.
The owner of the vehicle was assisting a member of his family from the vehicle into nursing home at the time.
The Vehicle has keyless ignition and should immobilise once stopped. The car could be sat at roadside.
