Bypass light failure chaos

Traffic lights have failed at the Formby Bypass approaching Liverpool Road.

Motorists are risking their lives by driving through the junction in heavy rush hour because the lights are not working.

One driver warned “the lights have failed heading to woodvale and it’s causing murder”
