Byng House in Southport, a hotel owned by the Royal British Legion, is holding its annual Christmas Fayre on Saturday December the 2nd (1-4pm).
The break centre, located opposite the pier on the town’s Promenade, provides free holidays to both veterans and serving Armed Forces personnel, as well as their families and carers.
Among the highlights on the 2nd December will be a fantastic event for all the community members of the public. In addition to the display, there will also be stalls, games, refreshments and entertainment.
It’s also a chance to find out more about the work of the Royal British Legion, look around the hotel and see how the charity is spending YOUR Poppy Appeal donations.
Manager Sarah Curry said: “Byng House is a great place to get away from it all and relax. We offer nightly entertainment for our guests, a coach tour three times a week to local places of interest, and evening outings to a local British Legion Club.”
The hotel has 36 en-suite guest bedrooms, communal areas, a licensed bar, games room, conservatory and library as well as an extensive garden.
