Bus driver slams ‘Nazi’ parking wardens after bizarre fine

Mad parking wardens in Southport have ticketed a double decker bus for parking in a bus stop.

The Arriva double decker was parked at a bus stop on Hoghton Street while the driver walked to the nearby Southport station to ask about rail replacement services and where he should go.

But when he returned he found his bus had been issued with a red parking ticket and he now has to pay a hefty fine for his troubles.
He told his passengers that he was furious and that his bosses would force him to pay the fine out of his own pocket.

He was also confused as to why a bus in a bus stop could be breaking the law
