Booze thief busted in Southport town centre

A 59 year old man from Southport was arrested yesterday, Thursday 24th May, in connection with theft of spirits from a store in Southport town centre, that took place on Tuesday 22nd May. He remains in custody at the time of writing.

A 35 year old female has also been arrested today for another shop theft offence. The same female is also under suspicion of two more shop thefts that have occurred in Southport town centre during May.
