BMW driver abuses pavement parking

A BMW driver has been slammed by visually impaired residents at a tower block after he continues to park on the pavement nearby.

Elderly residents living at flats above Farmfoods say they keep bumping into the car or have to walk into the road to get around the big car which is always parked on the pavement.

this is is despite there being plenty of car parking spaces on the road.

one disgruntled resident said “I can only assume they must be royalty or have an invisible car port.

I know it must be a car port as so many cars use it, even though as clearly shown in this picture there are road side parking spaces available.

Note the picture was taken at approx 22:30 so no worries about being late back to the parking meter.
