The Weld Road based Fitness Lab was founded in Birkdale in 2014 and has seen countless of incredible transformations as people from across the town have ventured to Weld Road to get fit.

Owner James Jones told OTS News: “To celebrate our 3rd birthday we would like to take this opportunity to offer a free fitness test at The Fitness Lab.

“This would be a 15-20 minute session with a consultation prior to coming in – “The session will be as intense as your fitness can handle and the results of the test will be measured against our current members and personal trainers fitness levels.

“In essence, it will be a bit of fun and a great way for you to see how we train our members.
