Big Bookworms join in Southport book hunt

Its not just toddlers and youngsters getting involved in the Southport Look For A Book campaign

The novel idea has caught the eye of big kids at The Hollies Rest Home who have now set off on their own journey of discovery to find books across town.

Home Manager Helen Eslick said “We took part with a group of residents all aged between 61 and 106.

“the response has been incredible residents loved it and the support and love shown on the southport look for a book page has been outstanding including members offering to drop books around the area of the home.

”if anyone wants to drop off a book we are the hollies rest home on mornington road.”
