Benn bags tons of rubbish in inspiring Southport beach clean

An youngster who has autism has been busy helping clean up Southport beach this weekend.

12 year old Benn Ellis spent Saturday morning taking part in an impromptu beach clean up on Southport beach where he collected tons of plastic and other items that are harmful to nature.

His proud mum Debra told OTS News  “He was on the beach for two hours cleaning up.

“Benn who has Autism retrieved Bin bags full of bottles and rubbish from the sand and grass. Benn also helped to remove three tyres, large plastic containers and load the truck full of rubbish at the end of clean up.

I couldn’t be prouder.”
