Art in the park takes over Hesketh gardens

An annual Art in the Park event takes place on Sunday, June 2.

The Ainsdale and Birkdale Art Club will be staging the event from 11am to 3pm at the conservatory at Hesketh Park gardens, when they will be displaying their
work as well as painting and sketching in and around the conservatory.

Sue Smithson from the club said: “This is an opportunity for the public to take a look inside the historic conservatory, meet the artists and view their work, while nearby, Hesketh Park Gardening volunteers will be holding a plant sale.”
