Appeal to locate boy last seen in Ormskirk area

POLICE are appealing for help in tracing a 13 year-old boy who is missing from home.

Phillip Rogala, was last seen in the Ormskirk area at around 3pm on Monday 16th March.

Phillip is described as a white male, 6ft tall, of medium build with black, wavy hair and blue eyes.

When last seen he was wearing a dark grey tracksuit and black trainers.

He is known to frequent the Halewood area of Liverpool and the Rock Ferry area of Wirral.

Anyone who has seen Phillip or knows of his whereabouts is asked to DM @MerPolCC, call 101 or contact @missingpeople on 116 000.
